• The competitive league is the premiere open league at the Penetanguishene Curling Club. 
• Consists of men, women & mixed competitive curlers.
• League crowns the Penetanguishene Curling Club Club Champion.

Friday Afternoon Open Interclub League

• This a social, fixed team league best suited to those with some curling experience.
• Entries close Oct 15. 
• Entries from individuals and partial teams will be accepted on a provisional basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate all individuals and partial teams but acceptance is not guaranteed.
• The league is open only to members of the Penetanguishene and Midland Curling Clubs.
• Teams may consist of any combination of men and women. 
• Teams may consist of members from both clubs.
• The league begins play Friday Oct 25 and wraps up in mid-March.
• The schedule typically consists of 16 weeks of round robin play followed by 4 weeks of playoffs
• Draws are Fridays at 1:30 pm. If there are 12 or more teams registered for the league, all teams will be required to play some games at 11:00 am.
• Games alternate weekly between the two clubs.
• A small team fee may be charged to cover league operating expenses.

• This league is geared at a non-competitive option for new curlers.
• New Curlers will have the opportunity to complete a Learn to Curl prior to joining the social league.
